A Passion for Exploration

Simone’s love for adventure was first inspired by visits to Disneyland. Each December, her family would bundle up in their warmest clothe and pile into the station wagon for one magical evening they would travel the world—gliding through the jungles of Africa on the Jungle Cruise, careening down the snowy peaks of the Matterhorn, drifting through the bayou on Pirates of the Caribbean, and sailing around the globe on It’s a Small World. In just fifteen minutes, the whole world felt within reach.

Years later, Simone’s passion for travel deepened after the sudden passing of her sister, who never had the chance to see the autumn leaves change in upstate New York. That loss sparked a realization: “You see the world now, while the opportunity exists.”

Since then, Simone has explored destinations across the United States and around the world, always seeking new landscapes, cultures, and stories.
